Nidhi Kaicker

Nidhi Kaicker is an Assistant Professor of Management at Dr BR Ambedkar University Delhi. She holds a Bachelors Degree in Economics from St Stephens Colleges, and Masters and Doctoral Degrees in Management from Faculty of Management Studies, University of Delhi. She has twelve years of teaching experience at undergraduate, postgraduate and doctoral levels in the areas of economics, finance, strategic management, entrepreneurship and research methodology. Her research interests include Managerial Economics, Analysis of Household Consumption Behaviour, Food Security, Markets and Competitive Advantage, Sustainable Finance and Business Operations, and Strategic Management. She has consistently demonstrated a commitment to innovative research methodologies, employing advanced econometric techniques to unravel complex socio-economic challenges. She has published extensively in peer-reviewed journals, contributed to monographs and edited books, and written thought-provoking opinion editorials in esteemed publications, in addition to actively participating in prestigious seminars and conferences. She is also a research affiliate with the Anker Research Institute, and has been associated with them since 2016. She has been a part of various living wage benchmarking studies using the Anker Methodology in India.
