Abstract
This report updates the Anker Living Wage estimate for Mexico City. Without adjusting for inflation, the original living wage would not be sufficient for families to maintain a basic but decent standard of living today, as its purchasing power would have declined. Income tax and social security contributions are calculated based on tax laws in effect as of June 2025. The updated living wage is composed of a net living wage (take-home pay) and income tax and social security contributions.
